The House passes a bill to prohibit sales of E Cigarettes to minors

Today the Indiana House passed legislation co-authored by Rep. Phil GiaQuinta that prohibits the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors. It purposes that if a minor does try to purchase an E cigarette, then they’ll face a class C infraction. It’ll now move on to the Indiana Senate for consideration.
