FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Three people escaped injury after a chimney fire on the northeast side.

Three adults and a child were able to get out of safely.  Fire crews were called to the two story home around 8:08 p.m. Saturday night and were able to have it under control in about a 25 minutes.

The fire was contained to the area around the fire place.
