The Fort Wayne TinCaps announced that Jose Valentine will return to manage the club in 2013. Valentine, who led the Caps to the Midwest League playoffs in his first year as manager will be joined by pitching coach Willie Blair, back for his third season and hitting coach Morgan Burkhart.
