(WOWO): The Three River's Festival had such a great response to Two Dollar Tuesday, that they're doing “Three Dollar Thirsty Thursday!” They're changing admission from $5 to $3, and they'll also offer $3 beer. This is in addition to the TRF's Whatzup's WHAMMY Showcase Concert tonight at the Hanning & Bean Festival Plaza at Headwater's Park.
