Stuth is charged with murder in the death of Dominique Williams. Police say Williams invited Stuth to stay with him. Stuth told police he heard someone shoot Williams and then run. However, police say Stuth’s story has changed.

Stuth will be back in court on June 29 for a pretrial conference.
