Two Dogs Were Killed In Huntington County Due To A House Fire

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — The fire broke out Thursday morning.

Chief Brandon Taylor says crews were called to a home at 900 N and Old Fort Wayne Road on reports of a structure fire around 10:20.

Chief Taylor says seven area fire departments were called in to help due to a water supply shortage in the area and the large fire.

Crews say two dogs were killed in the fire, but no one was home at the time.
