The East Allen County Schools Board of School Trustees has announced Dr. Kenneth Folks as the new Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Folks was previously the Assistant Superintendent of Marion Community Schools, and he also served as Northwest Allen County Schools’ and Northern Wells Community Schools’ principals.
