FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police were called to Winter Street, near Oxford Street, on report of a shooting just after 8:00 Thursday night. They found a victim who said he had been shot at least two times, once in the leg and once in the back. The victim said he was shot by two black men but that he did not know them. A witness reported hearing five shots. She said she saw a black four-door newer model vehicle with chrome accents and blue lights near the display panel leave the area. Officers investigating the area couldn't find anything to indicate a crime scene.
