WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Police are asking for the public's help in finding two Wabash County men on alleged charges of home improvement fraud. Warrants have been issued by Kosciusko County for Bobby Allison and Elvis Allison, of Silver Lake. Whitley County also has five active felony warrants of fraud for the brothers, who are notorious for a variety of residential home improvement scams.
