Kosciusko county police busted a Warsaw man for allegedly touching a 14 and a 15 year old. After a two month investigation, 33 year old Franklin Engle was taken into custody yesterday afternoon.

Officers believe he committed the illegal sexual acts during the spring of 2012.

Engle is currently being held on a $20,000 bond at the Kosciusko County Jail.
