A woman who claimed that she had cancer so she could scam people out of money has pleaded guilty to doing just that. According to our partners in news over at INC, April Landis was in court the other day to plead guilty to felony theft. The police got involved after things just didn’t add up. A little better than 5 thousand dollars was raised for her.
