WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Warsaw Community Schools counselor is behind bars after getting caught with a 17-year-old in a parked vehicle.

37-year-old Pamela Rozelle of Warsaw has resigned following her arrest early Tuesday morning when police found her with the unidentified 17-year-old.

Police also booked her for possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The teen was released to a guardian and she is currently being held without bond.

The school has released a statement on her resignation saying it was in the best interest of all involved parties.
