10 Jurors Seated in Bisard Case

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO)  The majority of jury members have been selected in the case of Indianapolis Police officer David Bisard.

Monday, five men and five women were tabbed for 10 of 12 seats on the jury.

Two regular jurors are expected to be seated today, along with four alternates. They will determine the guilt of Bisard. 

He's an Indianapolis police officer accused of driving drunk in a police car, sparking a crash and plowing into a group of motorcyclists, killing person. 

The trial could get started as early as Wednesday morning.
