STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Monday night at 9:00 P.M., 41-year-old Kenny Fletcher turned himself in at the Steuben County Jail.

He was then arrested and is being held on one count of murder, a class A felony.

The arrest comes after an investigation that started over the weekend when, according to investigation, Fletcher allegedly got in a fight with 31-year-old Wilbur Renshaw who was found bleeding on an Angola city street and later died.
