PAULDING, Ohio (WOWO): The U.S. Marshals and Paulding County Sheriff’s Department are offering a $5,000 reward for information about the man police believe murdered 21-year-old Hannah Fischer in early February.

Police say 47-year-old Frank H. Tracy Jr. was dating Fischer when she was found dead inside an apartment at 119 W. Petty St., Paulding, Ohio, on Feb. 8.

A building maintenance man found her body while checking the apartment. She died from head trauma.

When police identified Tracy as a suspect, he left town and hasn’t been seen since.
