2 Kokomo Doctors Allegedly Linked To 26 Patient Deaths

KOKOMO, Ind (WOWO): Two Kokomo doctors are allegedly linked to the deaths of 26 patinets.


According to our partner’s in new at 21 Alive, the Attorney General says Dr. Donald and Marilyn Wagoner will be able to continue their practice with limitations on their prescriptions.


They are being investigated for dangerous prescribing practices; however, while the Indiana Medical Licensing Board considers formal complaints against them, they are not allowed to prescribe narcotics or opiates.
