FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A motorcycle chase through downtown Fort Wayne, leads to the arrest of Scott Hart.

Hart was driving his motorcycle, with a passenger, around 10:18 p.m. Sunday night, when officers noticed him run a red light on Harrison Street. When officers tired to pull over Hart, he didn’t stop. Officers kept following him past Superior Street to a dead-end, where Hart drove onto a sidewalk and into a bush. He dropped the bike and then tried to run away. He was apprehended quickly and his passenger didn’t resist police.  

The passenger said she knew the driver’s name was Scott and asked him to stop, but he just told her to, “Hold on.”  

She was later released by police, but Hart was taken to jail. A BMV check revealed that Hart was a Habitual Traffic Violator with a life time suspension.
