More Details Emerging in the Case of a Suspended Indy Police Officer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): More details are emerging in the case of suspended Indianapolis police officer David Bisard.

Jurors heard today from Bisard's K-9 supervisor. He told the court how he was ordered to go Bisard’s home to pick up his replacement car and laptop. While at the house, there were other people in the home. The supervisor said he heard Bisard say, “There's no way I was a 1.9.”.

He also heard Bisard say he had trouble sleeping the night before and got up at 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m. in the morning to get a drink. The defense challenged the comment, asking if there was anything that leads him to believe it was alcoholic. He said he did not.
