FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): Authorities in Fort Wayne have ruled the death of a toddler struck while family members were rearranging vehicles in their driveway as accidental. Collier Holbrook died of blunt-force trauma when he was hit Saturday evening. Collier was outside the house when he became pinned underneath an SUV.
