STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Hudson man is arrested and being held at the Steuben County Jail on one count of battery after an investigation into an incident allegedly involving a 7-year-old boy. 44-year-old Jerry Wells was taken into custody just after 7 last night in connection with an investigation into the incident that allegedly occurred at a home on West Wabash Street in Hudson. Wells was arrested following an interview with detectives and is being held on one count of class D felony battery to a child less than 14 years old causing injury.
