Drug Bust South of City’s Downtown

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three people were arrested after an early morning drug bust south of the City's downtown. Just before 8:00 Friday morning, Fort Wayne police served a search warrant at an address on S. Clinton Street due to three controlled buys of cocaine that took place there. Police found two people inside, along with numerous items of paraphernalia and prescription medication, which none of the occupants had valid prescriptions for. 20-year-old Quintin Armour was in the house and was found in possession of a controlled substance. 20-year-old Olivia Haiflich, of Churubusco, was also in the house and was charged. 27-year-old Earl Armour was not in the home at the time of the search but was formally charged. According to police, the dwelling was not fit for human habitation, so Code Enforcement was called and condemned the property.

Earl Armour: Dealing Cocaine within 1,000 feet of Public Park, 3 counts, A-Felony

Quinton Armour: Possession of a Controlled Substance, D-Felony

                              Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D-Felony

Olivia Haiflich: Visiting a Common Nuisance
