FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning from 1:00 P.M. Tuesday through 4:00 P.M. Wednesday for nearly all of Indiana. Forecasters say 6-10 inches of snow are possible, especially in northeast Indiana. Snowfall rates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour area possible with low visibility Tuesday evening into Tuesday night.
