Boy Struck by Vehicle Outside Eastbrook South Elementary School Property

UPLAND, Ind. (WOWO): School officials at Eastbrook Community Schools say a child was struck outside Eastbrook South Elementary outside school property by a vehicle Wednesday morning. Eastbrook School Superintendent Brett Garrett says a boy was hit this morning after darting in front of a car while walking unsupervised. Superintendent Garrett says early indications show the boy is “going to be fine.”
