Local ISP Troopers Promoted

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two local Indiana State Police officers have been promoted.

Trooper Matt Lazoff has been promoted to Corporal and will serve as a district duty office as a front line supervisor. He's a graduate of Northrop High School and IPFW. 

He has served on the Indiana Toll Road in Lake, LaPorte, Porter and St. Joseph Counties. He transferred to Fort Wayne and has patrolled DeKalb, LaGrange and Steuben Counties.

Trooper Jacob Quick has been promoted to the rank of Detective and transferred to the Criminal Investigation Command where he will assume investigative duties at the Fort Wayne Post.

Quick is a graduate of Leo High School. He was a officer with the Hudson Police Department and also patrolled the Indiana Toll Road in LaGrange and Steuben Counties. Quick has served as a field training officer.
