Warsaw Molester Back Behind Bars

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Warsaw man accused of child molestation, who was released from jail pending trial, is back behind bars after prosecutors say he was caught loitering in the children's section of a public library.

It was back in April when 57-year-old John Hale was arrested on a warrant for molesting a 9-year-old girl and her sister. Hale was originally booked at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $50,000 bond, but was released on his own recognizance after a bond reduction hearing last summer.

The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office filed a motion late last month that Hale has been spending a substantial amount of time in the children’s section of the Warsaw Public Library in the presence of small children. He's been booked again and awaits an early November hearing.
