WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Thursday afternoon, Governor Mike Pence will be in Wells County for a groundbreaking ceremony.

Governor Pence will join executives from HALDRUP USA, an international field research equipment manufacturer, at 2:30 p.m., in Ossian for the commemoration.

Last month, the Germany-based company announced plans to invest $13 million to build a new facility at the Ossian Industrial Park, creating up to 65 new jobs by 2017.

Company leaders plan to increase its U.S. production to match the scope of its European operations within the next five to seven years.
