Avilla Company Expanding

AVILLA, Ind. (WOWO): An Avilla operation is expanding.

Group Dekko is investing $1.2 million to expand its production plant by 11,250 square feet, adding about 25 jobs in the process. The group is also investing $650,000 for molding and assembly equipment for the Avilla plant.

According to the Journal Gazette, the new job will include molding and light assembly, with wages around $11 an hour. A 10-year tax abatement on the investment has been approved by Avilla's town council.
