INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ A suspended Indianapolis police officer facing a second round of drunken driving charges won’t get legal help from his police union.
 
  The Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police lodge said Monday it was disappointed to learn of David Bisard’s arrest on Saturday after a pickup truck he was driving crashed into a guardrail. Authorities say he had blood-alcohol level of 0.22 percent, nearly 3 times the legal limit.
 
  The FOP has been paying Bisard’s legal bills as he fights reckless homicide and other charges from a 2010 crash that killed a motorcyclist.
 
  But FOP officials say Bisard isn’t eligible to receive assistance from the group for the new charges. A statement issued by the lodge says the new case is expected to be discussed during a general FOP membership meeting Thursday.
