WHITING, Ind. (AP): Authorities say a teenager died after jumping into Lake Michigan from a fishing pier at a northwestern Indiana city park. Indiana Conservation Officers say Jose Alcazar and two friends jumped into the lake yesterday from the pier at Whiting Park. Sergeant Shawn Brown says a diver recovered the teen's body nearly 50 feet from the pier.
