Farmer Finds Body Ejected from Vehicle in Field

FOWLER, Ind. (AP) _ A northern Indiana farmer found the body of a 22-year-old man who had been ejected from a vehicle dead in a cornfield.
 
Benton County Sheriff Butch Pritchett tells WLFI-TV  the body of 22-year-old Dylan Treadway of Fowler was found about 8 a.m. Thursday about 40 yards into a cornfield about 25 miles northeast of Lafayette. 
 
Pritchett believes the car was traveling too fast and lost control and rolled multiple times into the field. Treadway was pronounced dead at the scene by the Benton County coroner.
 
Pritchett says Treadway was not wearing a seatbelt.
