GREENWOOD, Ind. (AP) – The Greenwood Police Department says one suspect is in custody following a multi-agency drug bust at a motel.

According to the department, multiple kilograms of cocaine and at least $1 million in cash were seized during the Tuesday afternoon raid at the Red Roof Inn in Greenwood. Police say Dewayne L. Lewis, a 40-year-old fugitive, was arrested on a charge of dealing cocaine.

The Johnson County Prosecutor's office, Indiana State Police and the U.S. Marshal Service also were involved in the drug bust. The agencies will continue investigating.

It wasn't immediately known if Lewis has an attorney yet.
