FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Bishop Luers High School students will be going to school a little later than expected.

A hardware failure at two computer servers at the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend will push the start of classes back from this Wednesday, August 12th until next Monday, August 17th. 

Principal Tiffany Albertson said in a letter to families that the failures occurred in July on servers that held the diocese's Power School and student information systems. Student schedules were lost along with other information. 

They note the outages happened around the time a lot of electrical storms passed through Fort Wayne. 

Orientation will now be held Friday for freshmen and new upperclass students.
