PAULDING, OHIO (WOWO): New details are emerging in the death of a Paulding County, Ohio man.
Authorities have arrested 26-year-old Andrew Martin of Payne. He's charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs and corrupting another with drugs.
Sheriff Jason Landers says they believe Martin provided the substance to 50-year-old Cary Parsons. That substance contributed, he says,to Parson's death.
Parsons body was found early Saturday morning in Payne. Other charges are under consideration.
