UNDATED (WOWO): Indiana launched an initiative this week to give residents who haven’t finished a college degree some help getting back into the classroom.

The plan by the Commission for Higher Education is called “You Can. Go Back.” It will give those who qualify a $1,000 grant. The commission also created a website, youcangoback.com, to help people find schools and programs that match their specific needs.

More than 750,000 Indiana residents have completed some college. Higher Education Commissioner Teresa Lubbers says their goal is to get 200,000 of them to finish a degree by the year 2020.
