GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information about a man accused of home improvement fraud.

James Mosley, 56, is wanted out of Grant County. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds, according to Grant County Crime Stoppers.
