FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne-Allen County Health Department shut down a Chinese and Thai restaurant on Friday.

The House of Hunan restaurant on Coldwater Road had several violations during the inspection Friday. The department said they found live and dead roaches, according to the Journal Gazette.

The department inspected the restaurant again on Monday, but only one violation was corrected, Steve Schumm, Food and Consumer Protection Division director said.

The House of Hunan is still closed and will remain closed until the department reinspects it and all the issues have been corrected.
