STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):  The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of a crash around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning off of State Road 120 at County Road 550 N in Orland Indiana.  Police learned that Haley Weaver, 24, of Bryan, Ohio was driving a 2009 Hyundai Sonata eastbound on State Road 120.  Weaver had ran off of the road and struck a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.  Officers stated she was not wearing her seatbelt and believe that alcohol was not a factor.  The accident remains under investigation.  The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department, Steuben County EMS, Orland Fire Department, NIPSCO and Steuben County Communications.
