A Fort Wayne Woman Pleads Guilty to Fatal Hit and Run

33-year-old Anissa Northrup entered her guilty plea yesterday. She hit and killed Nate Gatchell back in April as he crossed Broadway in downtown Fort Wayne and then she took off.

Police say several witnesses came forward with descriptions, so they easily tracked her down just a few blocks away. Once police caught up with her, they discovered that her minivan had front end damage.

Northrup will be sentenced January 4th.
