INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A regional Silver Alert has been issued for an Indianapolis man.  

The City of Lawrence Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 87-year-old Theodore Johnson. He is described as a black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 165 lbs., with short black and grey hair and brown eyes.

Johnson was last seen on Tuesday, May 20, at 1:30 a.m., at the Lawrence Manor Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, and is believed to be in danger. Witness say he was wearing a blue, white and black checkered fleece shirt with dark pants and dark shoes.
