ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): A Steuben County judge has set a August trial date in a 12-year old murder case.

Last week, 49-year old Mark Fritz was arrested in in connection with a robbery and murder in June of 2001.

According to court documents, Fritz admitted to a former-in-law he killed 70-year-old Samuel Hunter in his Metz home.

Fritz will return to court next month for a pre-trial hearing.
