Fort Wayne, IND (WOWO) Fort Wayne residents have a chance to clear qualifying criminal records at a free “Second Chance” expungement event. The session will be held Tuesday, November 4th, at 6 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College.

The initiative is designed to help individuals remove records ranging from misdemeanors to older felonies, giving them a better shot at jobs, housing, and other opportunities. Organizers say the event will also provide education on the expungement process and resources for those seeking a fresh start.
