ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): A man who spent seven years on the run to avoid child molesting charges has been arrested at a motel just north of Angola.

Thirty-year-old Terry Wayne Waugh, Jr. was arrested without incident early Saturday in Steuben County. Indiana State Police troopers and the U.S. Marshal Service found Waugh hiding in the bathroom of a motel room.

Waugh was taken to the Steuben County Jail in Angola and is awaiting transfer to St. Joseph County, where he is wanted on several child molestation charges.
