FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): While Christiana Danielle continues to wow the judges this season on NBC’s “The Voice,” another Fort Wayne native who made it all the way to the show’s finals last year is using her newfound opportunities to give back.

Addison Agen finished in 2nd place on the nationally-televised singing competition, and she’s stayed busy since then, with sold-out local shows and appearances, work on a new album, and charitable work.

The News-Sentinel reports the 17-year-old has been spending time working with Ray of Hope Medical Missions, and she plans a dental missions trip to the Dominican Republic next month.

She says she also plans on doing a fundraising event for Barnabas Task, a nonprofit group that helps people in poverty, this fall.
