ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — It will be between Winters Road and Lower Huntington Road.

This is a full closure due to a crossover pipe replacement.

It will be closed starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 29th, and is expected to reopen by Friday, March 1st at 5:00 p.m.
