A car that matches the vehicle described in a statewide Amber Alert issued on Monday, Sept. 26, was found behind the Elkhart Police Department.

Officers located the car around 5:30 p.m.

At 7 p.m. the Indiana State Police issued a notice that the Amber Alert had been cancelled because the children had been located.
