FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Contract changes to the Ash Skyline Plaza Project have proceed despite having a partnership with a new developer.

Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission gave final approval to purchase and annex land near Sweetwater Sound during a Monday meeting. It's for a planned office park on 162 acres of land on U.S. 30 West. They also approved to amend Fort Wayne's contract for the Skyline Garage project.

According to the Journal Gazette, city officials have delayed released the name of the new residential developer of the project, but do say negotiations continue and we could have an agreement update soon. They also say construction of the steel framework should start soon on the downtown building.
