Attorneys Seek to Move Trial for Indy Cop

Attorneys for an Indianapolis police officer accused of causing a fatal crash by driving drunk are asking a judge to move his trial.  A hearing is scheduled for today to change the venue in the case against David Bisard. The judge also is expected to set a trial date.  The case has received extensive publicity since August 6th of 2010, when Bisard’s cruiser slammed into two motorcycles.  The crash killed one man and critically injured two other people.
