A new retail project could be coming to the Auburn area that would include not only 180 houses, but a winery as well. The folks from Willow Park Partners say they will start the complex that will include houses, assisted living, apartments, and condos. They ask for your patience, because they anticipate the project on County Road 427, just off of I-69, to take about a decade.
