PORTSMOUTH, NH (WOWO): Bernie Sanders endorsed Hillary Clinton on Tuesday during a joint rally in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

The endorsement comes after weeks of negotiations between the Clinton and Sanders campaigns, according to AP.
