Berrien County Courthouse shooting leaves 3 dead

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (MNC): Three people are dead after a shooting Monday afternoon at the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph, Mich.

Two baliffs were shot to death and the suspected shooter is also dead, according to WXYZ Detroit. It’s not clear if anyone else was injured.

The call came in at about 2:25 p.m., our news partners ABC 57 reported. The building was evacuated.

Police remain on scene and the roads immediately surrounding the courthouse were blocked. Officers and emergency responders are expected to be on scene for several hours.
